Surely Quigley must be moved on after a Federal Court judge comments "I do not consider it is safe to place any reliance upon Mr Quigley’s evidence.” He's the number legal officer in this state and Justice Lee won't rely on his evidence???? Yep. Agreed SS. Justice Lee found McClown did in fact defame Palmer hence the $5k in damages. That being said, why are we the taxpayer picking up his legal bill when it was his decision to use defamatory language in the first place? He's a lawyer so surely he'd know what constitutes defamatory and what doesn't. It's bullshit for mine.

According to politicians and officialdom the taxpayers have plenty of money to waste! Sadly see it all the time.
