Why not???? I’ve been tested twice, it’s no biggy having a cotton bud up your nose for a few seconds, and so what’s their problem?????
So tell me the selfish mindset of the person who doesn’t want to get tested???????

Maybe it’s the fact that they live in an English speaking country and won’t learn the local lingo?????
They network enough between themselves to know what’s going on.
It’s not the dissemination of information that’s the problem just those peoples arrogance and selfishness that’s the problem.

I am not abrogating the responsibility of these groups but when you don't do enough such as advice and enforcement then there is always going to be an issue. You could really say that abt the hole that is Victoria at the moment, advice and the will to enforce it when the populace will not do it themselves!
