Yes the vic figures are very worrying. They've had 169 cases thus far in June. 38 new cases just in the past 2 days is extraordinary!

Sadly this will empower emperor McGowen to keep the borders closed.

The thing is we have no common borders with Vic or NSW and SA's borders are closed to Vic & Nsw so no reason at all not to open the SA & NT borders. SA, NT & Tas have many more virus free days than WA so the risk is minimal.
