How is that looking now GTR?
Yet another predictable collapse from this piss weak Australian batting line up currently occurring...Stokes & co will chase this low lead down with ease ala Headingly.

I can't believe what I'm hearing on the radio, Beas!
Once again it will come down to Steve Smith, and he can't save us every innings.
The wicket is obviously doing a bit and if we can somehow get a lead of 350, hopefully that will be enough.
Surely lightning (Stokes) couldn't strike twice … could it?
All of a sudden a result either way is looming large.

Our middle order was solid in the first innings Bease,We will get another 120 off the next 30 overs.Set them 360 and have 45 minutes at them tonight.

It certainly can happen again and will happen again Arch this is the most insipid Australian batting line up I can remember.
Harris, Head, Wade & Paine are just not up to Test cricket standard whilst Warner is completely out of form and should have a spell.
Our bowlers will be tired like Headingly after barely putting their feet up before being called upon again and the Poms lead by Root and Stokes will chase down any piss weak total we set them as we don’t bowl enough balls in the right areas as Broad does continuously, not to mention Gary The Goat has been very disappointing since Edgbaston just can’t put the ball in the right channel anywhere near enough for my liking!

Wishful thinking mate this batting line up isn’t capable of that.

Not that I rate our batting line up BH.We just can't waste Steve Smith's double century. And another 80 odd on a tricky wicket.

I still believe The Poms will at the least hold out for a draw mate Stokes has the wood well and truly over us at the minute.

The soap dodgers have 8 wickets to get 360 odd on a deteriorating wicket, Cummins is bowling like Broad but much faster and if Lyon cant take wickets on this pitch he should be shot. If they get the win it will be bigger than Edgbastern, get Stokes and Barstow out for under 50 each and we should win comfortably.

Understand your pessimism BH, but batting day 5 is always different to day 3 and 4....hopefully the new ball can talk and Aust can get a few early wickets....and then get Starc in, to sandshoe crush the tail....but yep pretty sure if Aust win and secure the Ashes, any prospective bonus attached to the feat should be split between a certain few.....Smith is unbelievable at present....

Warner could have been out 3 times in the first over, before plumb LBW.

Send him home to get his head straight?

Classic hasbeen but his THREE ducks in a row by an Aussie opener could be a record.
He cant adapt to the booing by the Poms.. Seems to lack his normal ARROGANCE

The Pommie commentators last night said that Graeme Wood got 3 test blobs in a row. I haven't bothered to check it.
