Is it just me or did anyone else notice Mondays West was covered from front to back and even the game cover in bias eagles rubbish?? What i mean to say in a totally neutral view is that there happens to be another team in this state who won away again and currently sit 6th on the ladder?? Not a bad effort yet get little to no time in Mondays poor excuse of a paper??

"Eagles Soar" haha laughable at best after beating who some say are a wooden spoon candidate. Its not that i want to particularly want to read about freo but a little bit of variety wouldn't go astray. I know i cant expect the quality of the herald suns write ups but please lets give credit where it is due and show a little more respect for Wa's top team who unlike the Eagles will play finals. I wont even start on the quality of the coverage of the rest of our country's great teams.

Our family has a bit of a game on Monday in that we try and "find the Docker" amongst all the Blue and Gold. Usually they are buried away in the middle pages of the Game. Otherwise it is like a West Coast supporters magazine. When NicNat blows his nose it is on the front page. All the coverage of Eastern States teams appears to be lifted from the Herald Sun. They are a laughing stock.

Surely The West wouldn't be biased towards the Eagles?

I am surprised they couldnt weave Nicnats name or picture into the Pendlebury v Crowley article.

TF if The West had to pay NicNat for every time his photo appeared in The West he would be a very rich man.

Cynically it coud be an indication of their bias towards the Eagles. More cynically it could be that by having a large photo it means that the journalist has to writer fewer words for his copy.

The West Australian is a business, they are about making money. Obviously Nic Nat sells and if his picture is on the front, back or middle page of the paper it sells.

What you are asking the west to do is to take sales cuts so that you minority are happy? haha get off your high horse fellas.

Would the West swap a piece on Tiger Woods winning the Players Championship because Rummy won the Chinese Open?

Or maybe WCE get more coverage because they are actually a successful club? Bet you guys were the same ones whinging when Freo would get bad publicity back when they were cellar dwellers.

That last paragraph is total crap, I hope you are not the same imbecile on ABC radio from Saturday that reckons that the AFL victimised the WCE over Cousins and nothing will happen too Essendon because they are a Victorian club.
