Just hold on there Bazza, I have agreed with the majority of your posts up until this point.
Do not for one second think that the members had anything to do with this. We did not get our club into this and we donated as much money as we could to get them out of it. Some of us do not have money to throw away as much as we may want to. We pay our memberships, cheers and support our team week in and week out.
We leave the running of the business to the people who are paid to do so. We are more of a victim here than you standing high and mighty on your soapbox.

If you don't feel a sense of shame about your club treating decent people this way and not honouring your debts and treating them like IDIOTS you must be a pretty ordinary sort of a person.

Put yourself in the place of someone owed money in this situation and reconsider.

Or as an example consider a subbie who was owed money by one of those builders that went under.

It's not just WP's livelihood that is affected here - this kind of behaviour is a blight on society.

do you have any sense of self respect of honour?

I can tell you what , if south were doing this I would be totally embarrassed and ashamed , if they pulled this on the local fremantle community, fortunaly when we got into trouble we DIDNT, we raised 700K and made sure every single person was paid what was owed, that's the way you do it, you don't crap on people and run away...which is exactly what WPFC are doing..I hope you are never ripped off one day.

With the attitude you are displaying its little wonder the board and former CEO have ended up with the club in this IDIOTIC situation...brazen disregard of accepted practice.

Yeh but this stuff is out of control of your average member who follows a team and pays their membership, of course it is only human nature to feel sorry for these people who have lost money but I definitely don’t feel to blame for it, most of those business owed money are also sponsors and maybe members, no winners out of this mess that’s for sure.
