I don't know why, maybe it is because so many are saying that CA have over reacted,but I have a feeling that CA will relent and lessen the sentence.
What did people make of the show on the ABC the other night!!!

Bancroft has accpeted his as well. Well done lads, you both copped it on the chin, and restored some faith, rather than the legal eagles trying to get ya off.

I have no doubt Warner will challenge the suspension because he's a confrontational prick who's never contrite. It's all about Dave and he'll push as far as he can but in all honesty, he's wasting his time imo as I don't think he'll play for Australia again if his team mates have any say.

let him take it to court -- he has no right to play for Australia -- that is down to the selectors and the ACB. He can play for NSW and the comedy cricket for the rest of his career.

That is looking unlikely BC. Apparently an appeal needed to be lodged by 5pm today. As they could have raised a challenge within a specified time frame. My understanding is the appeal had to be lodged within the specified time, which has now passed. How it was explained to me. Mind you, I'm no expert on these things.

No...Warner's got until April 10 which is a day before any potential hearings on April 11 but CA want it expedited so they've set a deadline of tomorrow which I understand he can ignore.

All understood. Didn't know the deadline had been extended. I lost track of latest developments.
Sounds as if Warner is going to lodge an appeal.
I heard Bancroft and the other fellow are going to accept the ban.
