Warner's presser left everyone with more questions than answers. Dead batted every question about who else was involved with "As I said I take full responsibility for my part and my actions". How the hell this bloke was ever vice captain and even in the leadership group is worrying.

The only thing that seems to have hit home to him is realizing he may never get the opportunity to play for Australia again. If he had any balls he would have and could have said I feel responsible for dragging my team mate and captain into this situation.

Word being he is strongly considering the merits of a legal challenge to the suspension. Have heard the deadline for an appeal is Wednesday. Not sure what the advantage of appealing would be.

Along with Bancroft he is looking at appealing the severity of the ban, apparently Smith is going to cop his.

The word from today being all three are currently seriously considering an appeal. I wonder if that's the reason Warner didn't really say too much at his presscon? I notice his wife has stuck her nose in blaming herself over husband David's part in sand-gate!!?
The longer this continues, will just be a distraction for the national team. Which I'm sure they could do without.
If the appeals proceed, the lawyers will be jostling each other to try and be first in the line..

Definitely. The ICC thought it was so bad they got a one test suspension.

No one disputes it was unaustralian but no other country even intervenes after ICC suspensions. Faf is still the captain after being done twice ffs.

ICC is a tootheless tiger, we all know that. Aussies had a culture ( disgusting) win at all costs for ages. This had brought the whole thing to a head. We are so far up ourselves we think we are untouchables. About time someone hit these spoilt millionaire brats with what they deserve
