Ok thank you guys. I find the whole Freo culture bizarre and their coach is a very strange individual. Turns me off the AFL, I remember how pathetic John Worsfold was with the media as coach of the WCE. It's only a silly game everything is so cloak and dagger in the West.

LB I was told at about 8.30 am on Saturday that Freo had requested some sort of special parking arrangement for Bennell. Given the number of Freo players, officials, cameramen et al it seems singularly peculiar such a request.

Maybe Peelmantle thought it safer for him to park on the grass rather than between the parking bay white lines 42?

I'm with you Larry....after years of the same drivel from oh so benignly mysterious cloak and dagger coach pressers you just think 'faaarck off already'...the slow old ox taking a dump on Subi oval would be more informative and entertaining than half of these blokes....at least we'd know which way the wind was blowing

DW the complete takeover of WA football by Victorian influence is now almost complete, how many coaches at both WCE & FD are actually from the West?
As I posted elsewhere these clowns have turned me right off the game I have loved my whole life with their negative, exclusive tactics, the reintroduction of the alignments that has had not one iota of benefit to anyone other than the WCE & FD staff who only have to attend one WAFL game as opposed to 4 the poor little devils!!

Wonder if Nic Nat will need security if he is responsible for knocking SD out of the elimination final if he is allowed to play finals footy for EP.....wouldnt want it to happen.... but then for the entertainment factor it would be very interesting to see if it did....esp if EP played SD in an elimination final...at Basso too.....definitely test Nic Nacs loyalties that is for sure

I reckon his loyalties are to the hand that feeds him....same as Shane Yarran in the GF last year...

I doubt they would risk another injury to Naitanui by playing him this yeat. Thete is nothing to be gained from it. He's better off resting the knee until the pte season starts. Even if WCE do make the finald5, why would you plsy someone who hasn't had a game for 12 months and would only last 10-15 minutes each quarter?
