I heard that Dylan Nelson cracked a sad and walked out from the club, for not being picked in the league side for the game against SF. He did not play in the reserves game.

True or false, I don't know? It would be a great shame if this is true.

He has kicked 8 and 5 goals in his last two reserve games. I think the kid has great potential.

Can anyone confirm this rumour?

Gee hopefully not true Jimmy and if it is then he can be talked into coming back to the club. As you said he has a lot of potential and I thought that he was unlucky to be dropped from the league team in the first place.

Played for Mt Lawley on the weekend, Des Headland is his uncle I think and has played there this year.
Waste of talent if he doesn't come back, can get drafted if he improves the defensive side of his game and pressure like Charlie Cameron did at Swans

Absolutely BH. There have been some strange selection decisions this year IMO. Nelson would have been a very useful component of our forward line yesterday and would have complemented Swoop nicely I would have thought. I really hope that the club pulls out all stops to try and get him back.

Agreed he should be in the league team but the coach doesn't want blokes with skill like Nelson and Rudy, he wants battlers.

And Wilson also, he is the best field kick in the club yet we get blokes like Coniglio and Burnham running around

If Harding doesn't play Rudy this week then he is dumber than I thought

Donovan is another one who I didn't think warranted being dropped especially as neither Rudy or Nelson were selected to replace him, he played at Kelmscott on the weekend I believe.
