It was a birthday party in Quinns rock.The party had a number of gate crashers.An all in brawl erupted on the front lawn.Including the bloke who's party it was.He was thrown to the ground and kicked in the head and neck.+ back.Permanent disabilities and in Shelton Park rehab for over a year.Rest of his life in a wheelchair.There was 3 eye witnesses. But amongst the koas of it all the defence lawyer ripped the prosecution apart.

Bradley John Edwards has pleaded guilty to the rape and attempted rape of 2 separate girls in Huntingdale in 1988 and Karrakatta cemetery in 1995. The case is mounting i reckon the only reason he has pleaded guilty to these two crimes is there was DNA evidence and he's probably been given advice the evidence is going to be hard to argue against. The murders i guess we don't know about yet so we shall have to wait and see.

This trial should be telecast live. FFS we are paying a fortune for it. Can't stand this sketches bullshit and this person who committed these horrific crimes reigned terror across Perth particularly for young women and I know taxi drivers who suffered personal humiliation and intimidation as a result of the suspect being a taxi driver.

I read somewhere the total cost could get up to $100m when all is said and done. Oh to be the Senior Counsel representing this fella...you'd never have to work again.

You got to be a special kind of person, and I'm being kind there, to be a defence lawyer for someone like this. I remember the anger and outrage I felt when those pricks got off for what they did to Constable Butcher outside the pub across the road from the Joondalup Police station and Courthouse. I saw that poor bastard just last week being helped across Adelaide Tce by a mate or colleague. At first I thought the person was ill or pissed then I realised who he was.

I felt tempted to put my window down and yell out thank you mate you're a bloody hero. Then those fucken scum bags tried a civil case against Mr Butcher after he received an ex gratia payment from the government for his life changing injuries. Those pricks deserve a fucken bullet and then the bill sent to the family for the bullet.

Yes...he came to a few Subi games when Scott Watters was coach. Poor bugger could hardly walk. I too remember the vision of the flying headbutt that gutless prick did from behind that poleaxed Butcher. Like you I couldn't believe they got off.

I often wonder what these lawyers think when they get pricks like this off. Do they congratulate the bastard that should be hung? Do they have a conscience when they put a piece of shit back in society? Money must be their God.
