Given Turnbull's disgraceful performance in not insisting that at the very least Joyce should stand aside Turnbull should ensure the advice is tabled then we can all judge whether Joyce should stand aside.

legal advice to cabinet is never tabled in parliament while it is subject to HCA judgements , that would be subjudice.
