I love reading the Perth thread and their endless chat.......I reckon the Perth fans need to get in as much chat as they can, before Perth aligns with WCE in 2017 and disappears for ever......I say let them go for it, because in 2017 they will have nowt to whinge about.....simply because the club will have those 2 x KP players, a mature ruckman, a goal kicking forward and a couple of A grade mids they crave every pre season and moan about and the end of the season when they fail to play finals footy......

You can not continually rip into someone, make disparaging comments and humilate someone. By continually naming McMahon that's what has been happening. I've never met the guy, have no idea what he's like as a person or a coach. Got no idea how's he's going at Claremont. He may well have not been a "perfect fit" for the PFC, but how many of his detractors have put up their hands to coach, have ever coached, or put a "ticket" together and run for the board? As I said before, 2 league premierships since 1968, last league premiership in 1977, last league GF in 1978, last league final in 1997 and it's all his fault?
We can continue to question Walton & co, just tone down the language.
Like Bazza has said, I too have lost my temper and played the name calling game, when I do it's usually aimed at those who I consider bullies or trolls. If what you consider banter is obviously annoying someone then back off.
Unlike Mikeh, who I give credit to as he has greater self-control than I'll ever have, I need to tone it down, as do others. Hence I started this post/thread and would seem to have achieved all that I set out to.

thing is Jimmy some of the Perth posters HAVE met the guy, LISTENED to the guy and SEEN what the guy has done to their footy club.....to them he is a central cause to all their frustration and woes......I really think Macca believes he gave his best....thus he has moved on with his life and is now at Cl........to me that suggests he is not heartbroken / or gives one iota to what is being said here......if he did believe it he wouldn't stay in the game TBH......

same for Walton and his cronies at the WAFC etc.....I don't think they spend one minute worrying about what we think of them.....christ I wouldn't if I was raking in 500K....would you?

as for the QC coming on to Footygoss.....fark my brother is a senior barrister and he hasn't got a minute to scratch his arse, let alone "waste" time reading a footy forum.....sounds like the fella has too much free time on his hand.....just like me I guess

I give up. Can't understand why you and others don't get it. You're not sitting at a bar having a few with your mates, you're on a public forum, what you post is out there for everyone to read. HR companies and employment agencies all talk about being careful what you put on facebook etc as it can come back to bite you. Employers vetting job applicants google your name and see what comes up. Hence the young ex-footballer with the drug problem posting pictures of himself in a stolen car. If your facebook account shows you having simulated sex with a donkey...chances are you won't get that stable hand job you're applying for

Whether you choose to believe that or not doesn't worry me. The QC is a well known East Perth supporter. Nor does it not surprise me that Freezin knows someone or is related to someone or have a neighbour whose aunty's dentist's brothers wife is a barrister etc etc...he can always better anyone or anything any other poster on this site says...just ask him..... He should try to post on waflonline or footygoss and share with them...oh, hang on, they don't exist anymore

No one is saying stop having banter, What I've said is hardly slanderous, if anyone is taking the piss it's you. I told you the name in the PM of who it was, to which you said it would stay "mum". I haven't mentioned that name yet you cry "foul". Seems you're always trying to show how clever or how much you know in all your posts. It's almost as though your'e seeking approval/acknowledgement for how much you know.
Your post was a "dig" at me saying most barristers don't have time to scratch their behind, intimating your disbelief,added with a , so I've reponded. Again, hardly slanderous, if you don't understand the difference between banter and what is out and out vitriol, slander and defamation, then ask your brother.
On that note, this "crusade" has ended for me ( apologies if you've copywrited the term), I'm heading back to the Claremont forum.
