A more realistic lineup in the West this morning.
The backline looks about the best we can do without Johnston available. Not sure about Moody at HB. He would be better suited in the midfield IMO but can't see who else would play on the halfback line.
The ruck and midfield just about pick themselves.
I'm not sure about the forward line. Leyendekers at CHF ? - I would play McInnes at CHF and if Ransted is to play I would go with him at FF and change Murray and Leyendekers off the bench.
I still would prefer to see a couple of good kids in the 23 rather than White and Ransted.

I'd prefer Leyendekkers at FF and McInnes at CHF aswell Smokey. Mind you it is only a line-up written on paper. Where they actually find themselves on the ground at 2:10pm could be an entirely different thing.

Have a feeling that Ransted will play back more than he does forward and that the meat man (Risol) will switch between the back/forward line.

I agree Mr AFL. Ransted could well play down back as he has at times in the pre-season games.
"Meatballs" played well both at HB and HF at times and provides some versatility.
