As others have said. FF is a tough position and takes some getting use to. The Q train is very young still but realistically would have had to improve a lot this year to be a great option down there. 

Losing him and Bird does make it tough on the big man stocks though.

Unfortunately Harry was never going to be a long-term prospect.
Hardly a train.
I found him a lazy player and gave up too easily.
He was obviously put out by the recruitment of Aaron Clark who IMHO is a far better player.
Maybe an opportunity here for Michael Hall to step up.
Those not prepared to work hard are not required players.
Bird never measured up as a WAFL league player.
McPartland would have struggled with the midfield recruitments.
 

I think Hall has the same shortcomings as Q, but we'll hope for the best. We are ok for tall backs, with Johnson, Sog, Avery and Brogan-Henry but, aside from Clarke, look deficient in the forward line. Overall depth, which has been an ongoing problem, is likely to be an issue again. 

Johnston has spent a lot of time in forward drills. Ryan Lee is one to watch.

Stubbs and big Q at training. Q looking lean and hungry.

Strange. He's definitely off the list, not even number 99. And Poole has been allocated the number 35 jumper. Q seems to divide opinion as to whether people rate him or not. I personally don't, but in a forward line struggling for height, he may provide some depth. Or he may do better with another tall in Clarke as the main target. 

Harry couldn't train for a while due to work. He's sorted that out now. He, Paton and McPartland are all contracted players and listed on the WAFL site. Paton is going through the police academy so might not see him play this season but hopefully he can come back at some stage. Connor I think wants to play ammos, will need a permit for that.

Pretty sure Sam Simpson was there. Q will be good. Good to see Stubbs there I hadn't seen him for a while.

Harry is back on the list as #54.
