No surprises apart from maybe Zolnier-Owens but will probably find him on the Swans list before time to join his little bro. 

I went to training on Tuesday and a lot of faces missing on the park but they were all broken into smaller groups so some were coming in and out of the gym, ice baths etc... from what I saw Ryan Lee will be one to watch. Chuck was there in good nick so no issues with him being absent before Xmas. No Stubbs and I think he missed the last couple of weeks of pre Xmas training so could be some concerns there. Didn't see Quartermaine or Schlensog but saw him when I was leaving as he was leaving. Haven't spotted Sam Simpson yet but maybe he's there in another group. 

Hopefully we don't start suffering from the Lathlain injury curse that has already started at the WCE.

Not unexpected that names were starting to drop off the list. The cull had to start sooner or later. Expect more exits yet.

Good to see Scoble and Cachard now on the league list. 2 players who played very well in the grand final.
They were previously listed on the colts squad.

Both are very promising. Will watch their development in senior ranks closely. Overall, there will be others to watch... Watson, Dempster-Park, the Hall brothers, Hine-Baston, Keene amongst others.
Also keen to watch the next batch of players coming into the Colts' squad.

Ex Fremantle, Eagles, Sydney assistant coach Mark Stone who then coached Glenelg to the 2019 premiership and recently had another assistant gig at Brisbane is a great get along with Trent Barrett to the assistant coaching group. Along with Darren Rumble that's a great coaching line-up. Brad Smith and Ali Pickett are still assisting where they can at training.

Pretty sure Mark Stone was an assistant under Roos at Sydney when Ross Lyon got the job at Fremantle and ended up there.

Thanks Daz & DD. The coaching line-up appears to be a solid group. No doubt Germo will be happy with his support group.
Good news that the playing group have the right support around them in the aftermath of the tragic passing of Dakota. 
I see positives for the club with the recruits we have gained and the off-field support the senior squad will have,
I have no wild expectations of the Colts boys coming through their first senior season but I will be looking forward to their development with interest.
They are the future of the club and it will be interesting to watch their development. There is certainly some talent there IMO.
 

Happy with these appointments.
Certainly an improvement on some of the Geese we have put up with in the past.
If it costs money then that is what it takes.
German is changing the shape of football at Lathlain.
The future is looking a lot brighter.
