I wonder is this decision might change retirement decisions from McInnes, Busher and Fisher.
Or will it bring massive exits.

Chris Mayne would be perfect I would have thought. Steven Armstrong should be offered the reserves job.

DF, if some players dont like strict discipline hard work and lots of fitness work and training then your right there could be some exits, my pick is that Ajang may be the first. Hopefully for you guys, Germo will attract some decent recruits. He is his own man and never took kindly to interference from outside the footy department, but any coach is only as good as the list he has, so will be interesting to see what he can get out of the list over the next 3 years.
 

DD I agree Mayne is a good fit for Colts colts.
I would be bitterly disappointed if Armstrong is even considered for the Reserves Coach.
My expectation is that German may well bring in his own Assistant Coach.
One who knows German's game plan and can help implement a "Club Game Plan" which permeates through the Club.
Play to the Club Game plan or play elsewhere. 
And I agree with SS there will be a few players leaving the Club because they won't want the discipline, hard work and fitness to achieve the goals.

We have reached a watershed moment at the Club.
Now we have to embrace it fully.

I am sure we have seen the last of some of the dead wood around the huddles. lol

Yes, a watershed decision by the club. What we do next is to ensure the next few decisions align with this one.
We must not make light of this appointment. and miss this opportunity to re-build the club into a powerhouse of the competition both on and odd the field.
Build it right and they will come .....
