Getting back to the Eagles, it looms as an interesting off season for them as well. Decisions need to be made based on where the Eagles are at. The key question is do they think that have one more season to have a shot at a flag with the current squad before they start to prioritise redeveloping their list via draft picks. Will JK and Hurn go around again?  Where do players like Cripps, Shuey, Darling, Nic Nat, Vardy, Sheed, Redden and Hutchings feature in their future plans?  Is it time to settle Oscar Allen in one position instead of using him as a stop gap utility as they have this year?  Will they be active on the trade table? For example there has been some media commentary as to whether Darling would be a potential trade.
Lots of questions to be answered over the next 5 or 6 months.
End of an era for that group, transition has probably been about a year late, a lot of older blokes picking up tidy sums and not doing much, not a lot of hunger there, and they gave up far to much for Kelly pick wise. Simpson hasnt managed the entire thing that well and I doubt he will be there a great deal longer. Hard decisions to make and some lean years coming up.

Think the Eagles would be horrified at the fall of the Adelaide Crows.Two years after a Grand Final appearance.They have been stuck in the bottom 4 for a few years.
If you blood to many young players at once.And at least half of them aren't AFL standard.You will run around in circles for years.

As I said before, Simmo would want to want to be on the ball with Clarkson looking for a job in 2023.
2x25= Seinor and Michael = 1xBrian Peake

My tip is they are lining up his successor already trying to attract Jarrod Schofield as replacement for Jamie Graham.
