When is the much vaunted redevelopment of Bogandean Oval starting?

My understanding is that a business case is being prepared for the refurbishment of the clubrooms independantly from the residential stuff which I think has stalled because of community concerns and the withdrawal of Landcorp from the project.

That is my understanding of the situation too. Some issue between landcorp and the council needs resolving first. I think this landcorp business is all the apartments that will be built, and has nothing to do with the actual oval development.
