If results go the way of reasonable prediction:

Subiaco should take win number 15 against the EPalignment to guarantee top
South Fremantle take win number 13 against Swan Districts to guarantee a top 2 or at worst 3rd finish
Claremont v West Perth - geez this will be a cracker maybe Tiges to take win number 7 and pip the Cardinals & keep a slim outside glimmer of hope
Last one Perth (6-11) v East Fremantle (8-9) - on position you would put down a tip with the higher side but the Demons are going to be way more than a handful this late in the season and an upset in this one will throw the whole shebang up in the air , dunno still haven't made my mind up but the Demons could win it

Clearly the "metric" is the closeness of the finals race. But its more than obvious that the constant moaning on here primarily by SDFC clowns is directly condign with there own clubs piss poor performance and desperately boringly trying to find every excuse in the book to deflect from that fact. umpires, ch 7, weather, alignment, stretchers, groundsman you name it .btw, I notice that despite the Dockers shafting the wafl you seem to jump to their defence still swan42 , despite a disgraceful record in treatment of wafl unlike everything else they are clearly quarantined for some reason only known to you and are not part of your anti wafl conspiracy narrative.

As you know I've never supported the alignment, nor the on going deal Subi had for dough from Subi oval. However that doesn't mean other clubs chuck the towel in.

I've discussed at length on another thread the issues you raise re the TV coverage, go find it.

Bazza the only person on here who seems to be (in your own words) "spewing puss" is yourself. Not surprising you got banned for a month if you carry on like that.

Yeah right...show me an example of your claim?? I have been very tame to say the least since then.

Bullshit Subi have the flag in the bag already.

West Perth need to beat Claremont this week to stave off a potential challenge for 3rd spot from Peel who will be playing a lot of Fremantle Dockers in their team in the lead up to the finals. If East Perth lose to Subiaco, the Royals v Sharks game at ATOM stadium in Round 23 could well be an elimination final.

And if that scenario comes to pass, it be like 2 Elimination Finals in consecutive weeks.

FART will be the interesting one come finals time when their qualified players will most likely be suiting up whilst all the rest would have finished for the year and be swanning around drinking squirt and travelling. I wonder just how keen those aligned guys at Peel will be to keep training and playing with their mates all done for the year?

After the crap year Freo has had, reckon Lyon has put a lot of mid tier guys on notice, thus a good showing in the WAFL finals for Peel might be the difference between staying on a list and not staying. Lyon bangs on about character and commitment, well a strong Peel showing and a possible WAFL flag might be the go.....

WP better watch themselves, if they slip up and Peel finish strong, then I reckon the side Peel fields in the finals will be a hell of lot stronger than the one they put out last year first up v WP.....as much as I would like EF to sneak that 5th spot, once again it's a bit of a nothing spot.....who ever finishes there (EP, EF, Perth or Cl) will be working hard to go deep in the finals....but hey, rather be in it than not!
