Wasn't the official attendance at the Dockers Resies v Eagles Resies 816? Maybe we should shy away on having any games on the same day as the western derby.

Yeah look we are splitting hairs here overall it's getting to the point where 1500 will considered a good crowd all we can hope for is both local afl sides tanking this year.

However it leads to a bigger question. Given the population of the metro area is apparently said to be 1.5 million people, how is it that not even a thousand can turn up for a big footy match?

So you watched your team pull off a fantastic spirited come from behind victory and the first thing you did was bolt out the gate so that you could drive across town to a game that was over at half time. Don't you support your club by attending after match presentations?
