Stupidest thing i have heard only counting Saturday's we never have done and no other league counts just one day do they ? Besides unless all clubs play an equal amount of Saturday's which they don't you can't do it ie South Play Friday's Saurdays Sundays and Monday.

Ignore him Bazz, he's simply trying to delete Subiaco's good crowd on Friday, a game the club puts a lot of effort into. Numbers were down on last year but as has already been said EP supporters have abandoned their club and rightly so. Swans supporters must be having an internal meltdown knowing that Subiaco have more supporters that actually show up to games than them.

A lot to be said for 2 games on Monday.

Bazza a pretty good indicator of the mix of the crowd is to look at each club's huddle around the teams at 1/4 and 3/4 time. Based on that criterion it would appear that very few South Freo supporters were at Basso on Saturday.

Captain Facebook is a bit excited about Subi's crowds these days, its good to see.

Im pretty sure it was a swans home game so that makes sense. To be honest very very few wafl fans travel in huge numbers anymore anywhere with the exception of east Freo in derbies virtually no club has big away followings.

The one notable exception where there is a consistant and good following at away games is Swan Districts.

Nah mate can't say they are any different at Freo and with the poor crowds you have pulled to date and Woefull performance on the field not much will change now when was the last time sdfc pulled 5000 to a home and away

Btw when I say big I don't mean an extra 12 people I'm talking 1000 or more lol?

out of interest when was the last South game to get 5k that wasnt a Derby ?

yes, live telecasts on a Saturday will need to be factored in as well.

your live telecast people who didnt attend were countered by the wet weather at Swans and the AFL season starting.
so you are still 300 in front, keep up the good work down there at Freo, you may have to think about setting up some new turnstyles to cope with the crowds.

Don't worry champ out turnstiles work just fine derby days when we get a mob that is now a dim distant memory at basso derbies as the wafls last hurrah crowd wise nobody can come close anymore btw have you factored in the last minute time change for our first home game lol
