Peel can have Freo, in fact they should take over that whole useless club. They will always be a basket case anyway. Something needs to be done now. The damage will be unfixable if it isn't already.

It allows the traditional clubs to retain their identity, no byes, and given the commercial stations love any AFL attention, having West Coast & Fremantle by name involved, the networks will be more inclined to broadcast. Allowing continued TV coverage to the WAFL, which is not just crucial but essential. If this is not done now we are gone.

It would still mean that players such as Clancee Pearce would play at against Swans. That is one of the biggest problems with the host club alignment apart from the obvious prostitution of the competition by making "East Perth" as certainties to win the make believe WAFL League GF.

The WAFC had the gall to charge $25 (non members) to the Prelim Final on Sunday just gone ..sadly the game was a very ordinary spectacle as well and I am a WAFL fanatic. I only want to watch the Colts GF this week hopefully it is worth the $35!

The AFL owned players from WA that have been relocated to the two slimeponds EP & Mandurah are not permitted to make any comment pertaining to the alignment agreement under the terms of their individual contracts

They are bound to these contracts , as of course , are the AFL clubs themselves

Common knowledge that there are quite a few AFL listed players at EP & Mandurah who don't like being forced to be playing there but are bound as I typed earlier to do so

I cannot wait until the first manager files for restraint of free trade orders - that will put acid on it

Either that or the manager stipulates a clause where the AFL player chooses where to play in the event of not being selected in the AFL side on game day in the terms of his contract
