Will all those players play finals? Is your problem DG that they are the two that can actually play.

I think 5 off that list are out for the season. Also can't see McGovern being risked maybe Lycett not sure. But Subiaco are virtually unbeatable from what I have seen, how have they regenerated this well again it defies logic.

We're far from unbeatable. Specially in the wet.

5 game rule seems lite to me. Should be ruled out if they have played the last 5 or 6 games of the season regardless of how many they have played. Think EP had only 6 players (Eagles) when we defeated them. 18 or 19 would be a different story.

I suggested a ten game qualification period early on. Around eleven will be the number, McGovern and Lycett are too important for the Eagles future to risk. Although knowing Scotty he will request to play for EP in the finals.

The reality is that whatever the Eagles want they will get; it is delusional to think that a restriction of 10 or more will be brought in.
