I reckon it should be more than 5 WAFL but less than 5 AFL to qualify.

You guys should do some some research before making off the cuff comments.Three of them have not been playing lately due to season ending injuries.Delete Barrass,Karpany and Powell.only karapny ever played league.If the eagles make the finals may not see Mcginnity or Hill.I think you need to add blayne wilson as a certainty and adam carter.Main has only played 2 league games and wouldn't be a certainty.

c22 if the eagles are in the finals then all bets are off and the eagles will insist that they are allowed to play anyone they like. 5 games qualification will be irrelevant.

Ok, we'll take out those reserves players and see what the're left with.

Not too sure what all the fuss is here........only the likes of Sinclair, McGovern,Lycett and to a lesser degree Sheed are gonna have any impact here........the rest are all average WAFL players at best.......touch wood WCE sneak into the finals and keep going deep into the finals then.......saying that though and early finish by WCE could see them fill their alignment team with their own players, resulting in a few EP players who love the Royals reassessing their footy careers in 2015.......especially if they miss out.........short term pain for some long term gain might not be such a bad thing........EP would be farked without local boys in Anderson, Lee, Johnson, Wulff et al........touch wood they see the writing on the wall and move on!.......money talks though eh?

Admirable sentiments Freezin, there is only one flaw - the WAFC have made sure that most WAFL clubs can't recruit those disaffected players because the WAFL clubs have to pay premium transfer fees to get them.

Can you just imagine the scenario if the club formerly known as East Perth win the GF and the team song played over the PA is the Eagles' team song.

Freeze as 42 alluded to those frauds despite gaining 45 WCE players for nothing then have the gaul to put up a big transfer fee for boys who cant even get a look in in their side that is why the likes of Seal, Derickx, McKenzie et al have all left the WAFL system!
And on your other point I wouldnt suggest any of those Eagles boys are average WAFL players, average AFL players maybe but most of them are good WAFL players hence why they were drafted in the first place!

How much did EP ask for Seal, Derickx and Mackenzie out of interest. And never ask a question you don't know the answer to.
