Yeah but MO, whose to say 42 actually had that conversation with Hodyl, no disrespect 42, but its not as though anyone here is gonna ring Hodyl and say did you speak to a fella called 42?........so I guess we have to take Barney's word re: his numbers as much as we can take 42 word that he spoke to Hodyl. I am quite surprised 42 didn't ask Hodyl for some rough numbers in terms of SD current cap standing..........all Hodyl seem to say SD wereok and will be ok in 2014........

I can assure you that Peter Hodyl is not Swan42. Also, it would appear that there appears to be a missing link here. I have nominated my source whereas it appears that Barney has not name anyone.

Let x be the 2014 salary cap for Swan Districts
Let y be the current Swan Districts salary expenditure

IF y > x
Then
Swan Districts has exceeded its salary cap for 2014
Else
Swan Districts has not exceeded its salary cap for 2014

intersting that clubs asked too sign contract to say they wont talk about breach and now we find out one club refuses to sign it.
