Agreed mate,more than 2296 there, I don't believe half of these figures anyway, last years first semi v EP said there was just over 5k when it looked comparable to the 2010 Prelim when it was 11500, so it was probs 8-10k

That's what I've been trying to tell you guys for years. Clubs don't put in inflated figures. Not when there's a tax saving to be pocketed. It's the opposite or so rumour has had it for some years now.

You have to realise that as well as that there are always 300-800 people at a colts game that the late comers don't even see. The colts people have come and gone by then.

Correct LH I was watching our Colts vs WP on Saturday morning after our League and Ressies played the day before on Anzac Day and their attendance figures would not have been included because no one was at the gates counting! So that would have been another 500 or so to the official figure missed!

Ah yes I just remembered, if your club were onto it, they are allowed to add in 300 for a colts game played on a different day. It's not many compared to how many actually attend colts on occasions these days but I guess the WAFL averaged it out and came up with that number.

Thats a load of crap, everysingle person is counted that enters the ground from the pont the gates are opened, players, support staff, the lot.

Then there's another 100 or so little league parents or families who invariably leave in the third quarter. I have always thought to myself would it really kill those people to sit around for another hour and watch a WAFL match. It would also allow their kids to get more familiar with their local WAFL club. But no, got to hurry home to watch the AFL or whatever else is so important.

Theres are flood at halftime as all the little leaguers and mums and dads get the hell out of there to go home and watch AFL.

Well who was doing the counting at the gates at Basso last Saturday morning for the stand alone SD vs WP Colts game when the gates were wide open and it was free entry ..Casper the fricken Ghost???

You blokes produce abosultley no hard evidence to back your theories up, even when the official stats are provided you refuse to accept them, when the papers does an estatmate you dont accpet that either, until you can provide some allternative figures contrary,, in other words a count that are factual rather than the anestodal ramblings of a half pissed bloke on the hill,
