Looking like a tigers v sharks grand final in 2023. Subi and West Perth to round out the top four.

East Perth, Perth can't make up that ground..

Swans to replace souths in the top 5.
Looking at subis ins and outs i wonder how you can think you will improve to be top four.

Maybe wishful thinking, I grant you. But 3 new good mids can't hurt. Plus we won the reserves. Solid depth. That team had excellent spirit.  Colts are full of talent too. I reckon our trainee rucks will be better. Not sure how much though. They'll all put on weight. Breman have more presence. Vanirsen to step up. Golding to get fitter.  I'm optimistic.

Mayo and Braut to return from injury as well. Lockyer should return in the second half of the season. If we can keep our best 22 on the paddock, unlike last year, we can be in contention for top 5 but would just be making up the numbers. Top 3 of EF, WP & Cl will dominate imho with SF, SD and Su fighting out for the other two spots. Then there's the AFL teams which is always a complete unknown. If Peelmantle sneak into the 5 again, they will be very dangerous given Freo should go deep into September next year.

We're in agreement there SS. If Mayo comes back in good nick it's game on. But EF and Claremont look like being really strong wafl teams. The tigers have 2 young mid guns who should get better still. Should be an excellent year.

On paper Subi definitely have some talent coming in, get Crowden on board and Subi will have a very active midfield....a mature  age quality ruck will definitely be needed though to help guide those young Subi rucks.....heard a rumour a quality mature aged ruck has asked for his P45 at his current WAFL club.

Goddard looking for his 3rd club given all the ruck strength returning to the Sharks, Freeze?
Subi would have him in a heart beat.

Gee SS talk about doing a Mr Squiggle there mate......Seems like footy isn't the priority for this individual in 2023....well not WAFL footy.....maybe seeking a family friendly footy committment elsewhere....sign of the times I guess.....

KC, getting Strnadica back would certainly be the icing on that EF recruiting cake.
