Good to see young Gero boy Jaimon Alone finally come down to the big smoke to play some WAFL. Talented left footed mid, played a few colts games back in 2017 for EF and looked talented from all reports. Subi could of snaffled a diamond in the rough here.....good luck to the kid.

Yes I spotted him on Subi's senior last last week Freez and was wondering who he was. Only 179cm so guess he's a smallish forward or similar. We're signing a few of your ex-colts boys with Kody Eaton on board as well. It seems they drop out of the WAFL system for some reason then get picked up by Subi in the hope of finding a hidden talent. Time will tell I guess but it's good they're getting a second chance.

BC, of all those EF youngsters of late that Subi have given 2nd chances to, Alone is the one I wanted at EF most....if he is committed, then Alone will definitely surprise a few punters at Subi......Wish the young fella was at EF, but good for Subi and WAFL comp he is having a crack......Another indigenous Gero youngster following the Liam Ryan path into WAFL footy......

Cheers Freezin. He'll sit behind the two Matera's and Jordan Faraone so might struggle to work his way into the seniors as a small forward but good luck to him anyway.

He is a mid BC....won the GNFL F&B playing as mid for the Rovers FC.....Subi would be wasting his talent playing Alone as a small forward..... 

Looking forward to seeing where this kid finds his place.

Thanks Freez.  I looked at his stats from 2017 and noticed he kicked a few goals so thought maybe he played forward.  An attacking mid would be a handy pick up.

Don’t be too hard on him doggie, he was just chasing something he’d never get at Freo….a flag.  He wasn’t and isn’t really worth a cup full of cold water as a player anyway.

Looks like Harley Bennell going to have another crack at WAFL this year with Peel Thunder according to the West today.
