Hi BH - yep seems he was on loan from NM - played games for both Claremont and NM in 1980 and 1981 - well 1 in each year for the Tigers. No mention of him in team lists in the Footy Budget in 1980 at all in any game, league or reserves.

WAFL 2020 SIMULATION UPDATE

There will be two rounds per weekend to fit in all the simulation before 18th July

ROUND 13

East Perth def East Fremantle to move a game clear on top of the ladder. Fraser McInnes with 3 for the Royals and Craig Wulff with 36 disposals. Robert Young 5 goals for the Sharks (2014)

Rob Wiley kicks 4 as Perth def Claremont despite Ross Ditchburn kicking 7 for the Tigers (1978)

West Perth def Swans with Derek Hall kicking 4 goals whilst Bernard Carney kicks 3 for Swans (1994)

Subiaco def South Fremantle as the Bulldogs kick another big losing score. Marc Re and Phil Read with 4 goals for Subi and Callum Wilson bags 6 for South (2010)

West Coast record 5th win for season (Thanks to Claremont) defeating Peel.(2009) Chad Jones kicking 6 for the winners, Anthony Morabito, Simon Rosa and Daniel Haines with 3 each for Peel

2020 WAFLFOOTYFACTS SIM | ROUND 14
Troy Wilson kicks 3 goals as East Perth record 9th win in a row hanging on to def Subiaco from 2001

Swans upset East Fremantle thanks to 5 goals by Eric Gorman. Bob Johnson also with 5 for the Old Easts from 1965

5 goal hauls to Evan Hewitt and Callum Wilson lead South Fremantle to a crushing win over bottom placed Peel from 2006

West Coast record back-to-back victories with win over Perth thanks to East Fremantle in 1969 - Tony Casserly, Allan Prosser (EF), Greg Bennett and Graham Ramshaw (P) amongst the best

Howard Boys kicks 4 goals as Claremont def West Perth with Ted Tyson kicking 3 goals from 1931

WAFL SIMULATION ROUND 15

Matt Priddis with 31 disposals and 2 goals lead Subiaco to a win over Claremont from 2006

Swan Districts return to the top 5 thanks to a win over Perth from 1983. Barry Kimberley with 5 goals from 29 disposals stars for Swans with Mick Rea’s 5 goals best for Perth.

East Perth continue winning run to extend their lead on top of the ladder to 3 games with big win over Peel Thunder from 2010. Dean Cadwallader with 5 goals.

West Perth defeat West Coast (Swans) from 2016 despite Justin Simpsons 5 goals in his last WAFL game. Michael Lourey with 3 goals and Rohan Kerr and Aaron Black both with over 30 touches.

East Fremantle lose their 3rd straight game copping a massive hiding by South Fremantle from 2018.

WAFL 2020 SEASON SIMULATION - END OF HOME AND AWAY SEASON

Final three rounds done an dusted.

East Perth take out minor premiership, West Perth move from 4th to 2nd, Swans surge into 4th place, whilst the Sharks (3rd) and Bulldogs (5th) make up the top 5.

Scores for all finals will be posted Friday 17/07/2020.

Check out how the final three rounds played out with games from
1901, 1914, 1950, 1956, 1966, 1969, 1971, 1976, 1987, 1995, 2004, 2008, 2010, 2014, 2015 making up the results.

WAFL 2020 SIMULATION LEAGUE - FINALS

The finals have been run and done - East Perth take out the premiership, winning the Grand Final against South Fremantle who made the Grand Final from 5th.

Finals games came from 1981,1965,1929,1932,1916 and 1976

Great work, Ric, and a wonderful grand final result.
Being a young bloke up in the Wheatbelt, I didn't see that 1976 second semi-final between East Perth and South Fremantle, but I recall it was a very physical encounter.
As was a mid-season match between the same pair at Fremantle Oval.
