Apart from OTLR expanding their service to all clubs in your zone through your club,
Programs funded by Govt and other philanthropic organisations for the betterment of regional and remote persons in your zone.

I am sure they would still have expenses, games or no games.

And the costs of recovering on the otherside of the pandemic are likely to be immense.
