All i know is what is being reported. the Eagles are pursuing this massive redevelopment at Lathlain Park.

Considering the Burswood Stadium will be a stones throw over the hill, this will be a perfect place for their base. And they obviously know it. And given all these things, it would be ridiculous for the Eagles to align with EP, yet base themselves at Lathlain.

All of this will take effect over the next 5 years, which is convenient for the Eagles because their contract with EP is for exactly that - 5 years.

I see Perth as the next host club based on all of this. Ideal for the eagles having a base where the host club is. Everything is adding up to this senario.

Jardine are you suggesting that after doing irreparable damage to East Perth that Perth will some how roll over and have the same done to them?

Maybe EP will want out after 5 years and Perth want in?? What if Perth don't want it?
