Appararently the Balla v Dianella/Morley game has been judged a draw.

The game has been called a draw which i'm sure will disappoint both teams to a certain degree, especially as it could prove to change the ladder result come the end of the season. Oh well, I suppose the best way to bounce back would be to play 4 quarters of footy this week and i hope both teams can do so because nobody wants to see that no matter which club you pay for! I'm hoping to put an end to the vitriol being posted on this forum by Goal Square Camper by identifying him.

He claims to be a past player (16 games in 2011) however he is bringing up events from prior years that have been discussed on this forum. I don't believe that he has ever played for the club.

He had posted regularly on Footygoss bagging Dianella Morley under a different username.

He umpired last year against Dianella Morley, and had to be removed at half time due to an embarrassingly biased display. How you thought that you should umpire a game involving a club you despise so much is beyond me, Camper. If you want me to continue I will name your club next.

This forum is a great avenue for people to share opinions and tips, and share their love of this great game. Camper, you've expressed your opinion on many occasions, move on. Don't continue to lie and pretend you're someone else. Our clubs have had issues in the past, but most people accept that and work towards improving the future.

I'd suggest that you spend some time working on your issues and your umpiring (might take more than a season) and enjoy the year.

This is a revised ladder with the draw included. Both teams get 2 points each but not sure what scores both teams get so I gave them zero each.

Yeh I believe the outcome is a draw, and both clubs have been reprimanded. In my opinion I believe the incident was handled well on game day by both umpires and coaches/captains from both parties, and I think abandoning the game was the correct decision. It is very disappointing for incidents like these to occur but just proves how competitive C3 footy is. I have no malice towards the Ballajura boys and always enjoy playing them, as they are generally a very competitive opponent. Looking forward to when we host them in the second half of the year.

(DM player) Was on the ground when this happened..... a small number of ballajura supporters/maybe coaching staff went onto the field but ONLY to defuse the situation with their players which i thought was excellent.... so lets quash that rumour that "the crowd got involved" secondly both teams im sure realise that they let each club down and i was very impressed with the ballajura captain who imediatley came over to the DM group and shook their hands... i dont think the game needed to be called off rather a pair of red cards for each team and i beleive both teams were mature enough to go on in a fairly good spirit..... but from a DM point of view we never have and dont hold anything against ballajura and respect them as a club who we regularly have very close/hard games with and enjoy playing.

sureley goal square CAMP man isnt the carlisle dick that umpired as a 3rd umpire that game last year (round 2)???? (why do we need three umpires?)
