Collegians Vs Nth Freo @Dalkeith, I cant see north freo losing two in a row, they will be too strong for a collegians side struggling at the moment. Nth Freo by 5 Goals

Maddington Vs Mt Lawley @Harmony Fields, this game is this weeks MOTR, two sides on the up, i can smell an upset. Maddo by 2 Goals

Kelmscott Vs Wanneroo @John Dunn, after seeing kelmscott play last week against a weakened kingsway outfit, i can see them winning this game, and that is what will happen. Kelmy by 1 Goal

Hamersley Carine Vs Swan Ath @Percy Doyle, the aths shocked everyone last week with a big upset over nth freo, whilst hamersley carine have struggled in recent weeks. This cricket tour is severely going to hurt Swan Ath but they will win just. Swan Ath by 3 Goals

Stirling Vs Kingsway @Richard Guelfi, two of the biggest rivals in community football lock horns again this week with the big clash between two sides on opposite sides on the ladder. But kingsway will be far too strong. The Roos by 8 Goals

Thanks Boothead you good gent or lass, MrM is not so sure, either way thanks for kicking things off.

It is fair to say it has been another interesting week in regards to WAAFL B Grade football. I am glad that there has been plenty of chatter, because it makes for good fun and is keeping MrM entertained throughout his holiday. MrM is not sure how long can we keep this up though, with some blatant flaunting of the rules, I am sure that the WAAFL is across everything, so no need to fear all.
It is close to June 30th though where I am sure we will see a flurry of activity with people wanting to get cleared before the deadline...which usually almost never happens, but we await and see.
In some good news for all MrM has booked his flight back to the great land of the US of A so local football clubs can rest easy as MrM will not be as critical. In actual fact MrM may not even make the trip down to Kelmscott this week given the weather and location, can you blame MrM? We await and see what will happen.

Let us have a look at this weekend’s fixture.

Collegians v North Fremantle @Dalkeith Oval

It is crunch time for the boys at “The Shank” this weekend as they desperately need a win to keep their season alive. It is university holidays a time when the collegiate boys usually struggle with numbers but they need a win this weekend, but it will not come easy as they face North Freo. The Maggie Army are on the march and will be disappointed with last weekend’s performance. MrM hopes for a good match, perhaps we could see an upset, you never know, but we will go with what we know.
North Fremantle by 3 goals

Maddington v Mt Lawley @Harmony Fields

Maddington did a great job of winning last weekend as they look to avoid relegation and remarkably enough they can still play finals with a late run here. They will face a tough task here though as they face a Mt Lawley side looking to cement themselves in the top 5. It was good to see both “Brothers of Destruction” in action last weekend as they easily accounted for Stirling. If they are both in action this weekend, could be a big win, if its only one, they will have a marginal win.
Mt Lawley by 3 goals

Kelmscott v Wanneroo @John Dunn Memorial Oval

Kelmscott once again flaunted the rules and it cost them, can only imagine what that does to player moral. Wanneroo will want to maintain their recent form here, and I can see that happening.
Sorry for the short write-up not much to say.
Wanneroo by 5 goals

Hamersley Carine v Swan Athletic @Percy Doyle Reserve MOTR

A big game for both clubs here which sees this as this weekend’s Match Of The Round.

Hamersley Carine will need a win here or they face the prospect of falling behind in the race for the finals. A loss last weekend meant they slipped up and fell down and will be out to rebound against a side they have had the wood over in recent memory. Swan Ath came off a good win last weekend and should be looking to keep that up this weekend. Swan Ath did lose against Hamersley last time around, but that should be reversed here.
Swan Athletic by 3 goals

Stirling v Kingsway @Richard Guefli Reserve

A big game for Stirling here with Maddington winning last weekend if they want to avoid relegation they will need to win too, it means there is a few big weeks coming up for the Saints. They renew their big rivalry with Kingsway here, who although ended up winning last weekend, suffered a loss in a game they should have won. I am sure the Roos will be ready to go this weekend, but it probably won’t be easy for them. I can see a close game, but Kingsway to pull away late.
Kingsway by 4 goals

Good luck to all this weekend.

Collegians v North Fremantle @Dalkeith Oval
North Freo by 5 goals at least here. Great job done this year by all involved at North Freo. Collegians are done and are a rabble with no off-field support and heaps of players doubling up. A new thread titled “The immediate future of Collegians” would not be out of place.

Maddington v Mt Lawley @Harmony Fields
Maddington for sure here. Whilst some dodgy stuff going on off the field both in terms of shonky clearance paperwork and the selling of the Maddington soul by two or three Maddo officials in the Piarra Waters merger debacle, on-field the playing group is getting better each week.

Kelmscott v Wanneroo @John Dunn Memorial Oval
Kelmscott to win by under 3 goals. Wanneroo are a good side and well coached but the Kelmy boys are up and about and the superior talent will get them home.

Hamersley Carine v Swan Athletic @Percy Doyle Reserve

Swan Athletic by 5 goals at least. If HC don’t watch themselves they will be in the relegation zone before they know it. Swan Ath are a very close knit group and unless something changes will play in the Grand Final.

Stirling v Kingsway @Richard Guefli Reserve
Kingsway by under 5 goals but they will not have it all their own way as Stirling can play a good brand of football on their day and Kingsway are over-rated.

Another week almost done and dusted and we all look forward to every single game been very even this weekend as the rain looks like it could be setting in. Getting into the nitty gritty of the season so know one wants to slip up now.

North freo to bounce back and get the points will be a tight affair at the shank but should still get the win by 3 goals

Maddington to almost secure there survival for B grade this season by winning by 1 goal over the hawks

I don't know who to pick for this one so will say its gonna be a draw. How kelmcscott are allowed to continually get caught and still be allowed to play is beyond me. With the weather they might have half a team who knows but as i dont know whats gonna happen ill tip the first draw.

Swan ath by 4 goals over hamersley. This loss could doom hamersley and take them out of the running for finals. Very dissapointing for a team coming down from A grade but the ath boys will be too strong

Kingsway was 2 goals. The weather could really suit stirling and make this close but kingsway will just have too much quality

It's good to see you back posting chooka24 although i did notice you had posted nothing earlier this week on a thread about the kelmscott kingsway game. Is it because you look like a fool because no matter what you say its wrong and your blatantly lying? You're club is a joke and its hard to believe your even allowd to play still. Id love hear if Mr.M catches up with you. Would be a good story for next week. Frank out

Some of us have actual work to do Frank the Wank and can't spend all their time having a girly gossip like you. Like Mr.M you're always welcome to come have a little chat but I doubt you would unless you retrieve your testicles from your missus handbag. Have a great weekend of footy lads.

MrM is currently without a MrsM as any avid reader would know...but I like your thinking.
Definitely looking to a good weekend Chooka24.
MrM may pop up when you least expect it.
