Baz a lot of those online mobs are setup like Amazon. Working out of big factory warehouses with little overheads.There only been a GST added to online shopping only a few years ago.
The Bricks+Mortar retailers have large rents to pay.Payroll tax on there employees. Superannuation payments for employees. Those jobs are also popular first jobs for school leavers.
Carousel + Karrinyup are trying to fight back with big flash new shopping centres. That keep you in there for hours at a time.

Yep, like ALdi they pay fark all tax.

KMart Auto another one gone. Had some good and bad experiences with them KMart Auto Wanneroo was very good. Morley not so much.

Used to love their Late pick Verdello and had a brilliant Ploughman's lunch there once then must have gone there again after it was taken over and it was crap.

Oh really? I wonder if they are preparing to sell it as a franchise hence a separate name from KMart.
