Forgetting all this other hooha and getting back to the actual cricket another batting collapse is currently under way having lost 4/2 in no time including our incredible number 3 who yet again fails dismally against spin!

Make that 9/37 since we lost our 1st wicket just after tea for 57.
Forget all the other garbage these batting collapses are becoming nothing short of a disgrace and an epidemic under Lehmann as coach.

This is one of the more predictable batting collapses in cricket history. The 4th test will be an embarrassment as well I'm afraid

Done and dusted all out for 107 we lost all 10 wickets for a paltry 50 runs in less than a session since the tea break.
Smith already banned for the next Test which will put even more pressure on the most flaky brittle batting line up in my memory even those average sides of the mid 80s had way more fight in them with the bat then this pitiful current lot.

I wonder if Smith having a 100% of his match payment stripped off him had anything to do with his short time at the crease?
Just asking?
Australia losing this match by some 322 runs.
. South Africa now enjoy a 2 - 1 series lead with 1 match remaining.in the series.

Burns and Renshaw in for the surely expected CA suspended Bancroft and Warner.....or do they save on airfares and keep them in....LOL....let's move one useless number 3 to number 5 and put an equally useless number 5 to number 3.....Handscomb to 4.... will Starc, Hazelwood and Lyon all go being part of the leadership group who agreed on cheating....if so Richardson, Sayers and Holland in because they are there....

Given that the next test starts on friday, I don't think CA will fly anyone else over, it would be unfair on a guy like Renshaw to expect him to acclimatise to conditions and then face up to a rampant attack. Let him stay in Brisbane and enjoy the Sheffield Shield win. Handscomb in for Smith will be the only change for this test with Shaun Marsh moving up to number 4. The real sanctions will be handed out after the tour once the investigation is complete. I watched the post match presentation last night and was very impressed with the way Tim Paine spoke. It was a very mature humble response from a man who had been handed a poisoned chalice.
The team now need to try and galavanise over the next few days and at least put up some sort of fight in the final test. Will be tough though with the stench of this issue hanging around. James Sutherland as CEO of Cricket Australia has presided over the sport during the time that it has been dragged into this and other controversies and he needs to be relieved of his job as well as Smith.

any player involved in the decision should be on the first plane home, its a yes or no question to every player in the team.
they can be on a plane today based on the questions asked last night after play.

It looks like the whole team is fracturing now with reports Lyon, Starc and Hazlewood telling Aussie journos on the quiet that they knew nothing about the plan. If that's right then Smith, Warner and Bancroft should be on the next plane home and Lehmann sacked given his involvement of getting on the walkie talkie and giving those 3 a heads up that they've been sprung on the big screen.

If the Australian cricket team and CA are to pull back any semblance of integrity it needs a broom to go right through the team. Smith's position as a captain and Warner as a VC are now untenable and both should serve decent suspensions along with Bancroft but remember he was the young newbie who would have been under significant pressure to do Smith and Warner's bidding or suffer the consequences. The coach must go if a new culture is to be established and the obvious appointee is Justin Langer, but being from the West he will have a fight to get the job ... if he wants it. The team needs a complete rethink, Smith, Warner and Bancroft can come back into the team if form justify's after their suspensions but have no roles in leadership groups or any team roles with the media, they have done enough damage. A new captain, Vice captain and coach are musts to try and get some team spirit back and set some integrity targets to try and salvage the shambles that is Australian crickets image.
