As if it wasn't bad enough that these parasites sucked 20 Mill out of Tax Payers for a redevelopment, its now pretty much confirmed by the Langoulant report that they ripped off $1.5 Mil in unlawfully obtained funds just as they were going down the tubes...

Lest hope some of the frauds involved get held to account for this disgraceful turn of events.

While WAFL clubs struggled, these self entitled western suburbs tossers sucked money out of tax payers.

I reckon the report has a few legs - makes the Labor slush fund look like very small bikkies.

It certainly makes interesting reading jack. Barney achieved a lot whilst in power but from a financial risk mitigation perspective what a shambles. it's no wonder the state is in so much debt with the previous government spending like drunken sailors with no checks or balances apparently and revenue shrinking at the same time. It's a good thing Grylls went the high jump as he'd have a lot to answer for if he was still around.

Yep, this outrageous under the table gift is one example highlighted and as the report states is borderline unlawful.

But as you mention, I hold Grylls responsible for a large chunk of this disaster, particularly as outlined in the report the disastrous housing policy he under took in the Pilbara, literally millions wasted on pointless un needed projects that have destroyed capital. All to self inflate his own underwhelming personality.

Then you have that half wit Davies claiming the nats did nothing wrong in all of this, they have no credibility left.

Another interesting point was Langoulants big tick of approval for the Stadium, despite being the one recommending Subi again.

From my first hand experience, sporting bodies ask for monies from the government every day of the week.

But I guess if the SFFC had been offered (unsolicited or not), a $1.5m sponsorship deal from government funds, they would have taken a principled stand, and refused it.

There would be 100,000+ Saffas & Kiwis in Perth alone so pretty piss poor numbers for their supposed religion!
