They do still, I'm pretty sure some boutique joint out Swan Districts way are brewing a brew close to the original Hannans recipe. Its even called Hannan's Lager.

George, can you shed anymore details?

Hi guys, great thread.
Mid 40's for me, huge West Perth fan and also an Eagles fan. Can safely tell you I like the Eagles a lot and have been a member for 20 years but they are not in my heart as West Perth are.
Also very involved with A Grade amateur football, have played and coached for many years and now it is time to help off the field which I will do for the first time this coming season being chairman of the committee at my club.

Run my own business in the mining industry and have been in the industry for 25 years, 7 years ago started my own business.
Also played cricket at a very high level for many years.

Love talking sport especially footy and cricket and enjoy the banter with all you great people on here.

Cheers
GWS

I used to love a Hannans...missus didn't coz it used to make me fart something fierce. :pinch: Like you, I now love my Carlton Mid...have a few and still have your wits about you. Would love to say that I could have played league footy, grade cricket and tennis, but I spent half of my life in the NT, Kimberleys and Pilbaras. Nothing of real sporting substance then. Still, the north is the place to be for me...except the heat got to me in the end. Whoops, sorry guys....I rambling here!

I looked at that site you mentioned Mike, but that was back in 2008 I think.I am not sure if it is brewed any more.
My favourite brew is Cascade, but costs an arm and a leg to buy it now days.Has any body tried Tasman Bitter!!It is a good drop.
Brewed by Cascade as well.Grab a box if you like a bitter and try it.Only available at liquor outlets run by Coles.

Just stirrin uo 58 A/man!. Yeah cascade is a nice drop, as is boags i reckon.

About time I wrote something here aswell I spose.

Love majority of sports but by far the number one sport is footy. Support Freo, Perth and have a soft spot for the Tigers.

Can't get enough of talking about footy and dislike that news about the WAFL clubs from what's happening at the clubs to who's coming and going doesn't get enough coverage in the paper or from the club's themselves.

Hello all :)

I'm a female sports fan in my mid 20's, love the footy!

WAFL: Swan Districts
AFL: West Coast (although I get frustrated with them many times!)

BASKETBALL:
Chicago Bulls and Perth Wildcats

Any other WA Teams.

I don't post much but I love to read and have a laugh.
