The gossip being the big state match has been pencilled in for the 15th of May which is not far away?
Apparently a regular weeks fixturing of matches for next week the 8th, and the following Saturday is the state match being played in Adelaide.
Have not heard a state team selection or of training? But then I don't hear a lot of things.
Personally, it would be great to hold events of this at seasons end.

Quarantine worker & his two mates might just have ended the State game for this year mate - unless something is organised this week I would say the SA border will be shut still
So we might see Round 4 re-surface after all it seems

Not really gossip seeing it was announced when the fixtures were released. But would be surprised if it goes ahead. It has certainly been low key in WA but the SANFL have a squad training 

14 day quarantine period should see a cancellation tomorrow - it looks dusted if the rules apply 

Is now going ahead - team will be limited as we've found out some players will be pulling out due to work & some issue around being paid as was the normal thing

For goodness sake just can it for 2021.
If any players get caught up in having to quarantine for 14 days after the match there will be hell to pay WAFC as no one knows what the NSWman will do next re borders, lockdowns etc!

mmmmm and we don't want to send a second rate side over - the SA side looks bloody good mate

Apparently a squad was announced last night but the big issue is the WAFC not compensating players if they have to go into 14 day quarantine coming back into WA. I can't see the point of playing it personally and would rather have round 4 completed instead.

Absolutely BC, what a disgrace that the WAFC wont compensate the players if iso is imposed. All the players should just pull the pin in protest.

We do know that the premier of this state will continue to make decisions that are in the best interest of those domiciled in this state.
