BH - I agree with your points on the selection of the side - we need to pick our most experienced side for the rest of the year with a few young blokes from the reserves, we should be playing blokes from reserves before we look at promoting colts kids.
find the blokes from reserves who can kick the footy and start playing them !
Doc and Wilson should be in this week and Farrant is the most talented bloke in reserves so get him in as well.

I've had the feeling that they have been trying to qualify the reserves team for the finals over the last 4 or 5 weeks and that this may be part of the reason why Doc has been relegated. The draw on Saturday has probably put paid to that as they are now 1 and a half games out with only 3 games to go. No reserves this week so we should be putting out the best available 22 to have a crack at the Eagles. The following players from last weeks reserves team should be playing in the league this week IMHO

Reidy
Doc Blakely
Ireland
Farrant
Warwick Wilson

Doc's presence would allow Gault to spend more time forward where he is a lot more value to the team.

mikeh considering SD reserves drew with SF reserves....who in all honesty are shite......if SD reserves can't beat SF reserves with those boys playing....are you sure SD reserves good enough to play finals??

No they are not freezin as you say if they can't beat South they don't deserve to be there. However there are a number of players who are in that reserves team who would be a better bet playing league at the moment either because of their skills or experience. The lack of depth in the club is very obvious.
