Heard that EF have offered Carey an up front fee to play down at Moss St this year....could do with his height TBH....

It should be an interesting AGM next month if MO, DW and/or mikeh choose to ask the board about our 2018 recruiting.

If ego could do hard work then Carey would thrive in pre-season.
With Pickering trying to promote character would be hard to fit him in.. while spasmodically shows good signs, not a huge loss for swans. Reward someone else for hard work...

Yeah agree Tigerpoint, he is a talented player capable of a match winning effort but also can disappear for long periods and loses confidence quickly.

We're developing a bit of a collection of ex Royals now. Certainly Payne has credentials having won a fairest and best in 2014. He hasn't played a lot of WAFL footy over the last few years but at 27 I'm sure he still has something to offer and if he can play as well as Freddie has then he will be a bonus for us.

Fair enough KCEF, we have got a good one there then. Obviously was missing footy at East Perth because of the number of Eagles in the team and he left them in July last year as I recall.
