I'm aware of 5 BH...also another that clearly wasn't up for the job when approached...sure there is more but not hearing any rumblings at this stage of candidates falling out of the AFL system with interest.

Lets hope the sub committee does not contain peeps who have no intention of being around the club in future let alone 2018.

Who are the 5? I think Cooper would be good for the role- maybe it was always in play when he stepped away for the year

I won't name names KCEF as may give away my source but will let you do the maths by saying 2 blokes currently at the club and the other 3 I am aware of are currently at other clubs, 2 withiin amateurs. Sounds like there may be more in the mix and don't believe they have shortlisted at this stage. Gut feel seems to be they are still waiting to season's end to see if other names pop up.

Can we assume from all info at hand the applicants are

Currently at Swans
S Armstong
Stavros
X Ellis

Fro elsewhere
Woewodin
Pickering
Dwyer

From this group I think the only two who should be considered heavily are Armstrong or Dwyer
I apologise to Pickering but I don't think he's coached his own SENIOR team...?

Dwyer the standout and fingers crossed this 6th person is him.

Armstong has the credentials and was second to Schofield for the subi job.. imagine his CV now if he got that one. Does the club go inside though...?

Ellis is jumping the queue and needs a few more years at least also of concern if his activity on social media etc isn't exactly what you want from a senior coach.

Stavros... just no

Is the former Peel player Trent Cooper an applicant?
