Only a week to go till the first scratchie v Subi!

mikeh obviously his welfare is far more important than him playing for us no matter how much we would like it to happen.

Perhaps Swans should send an email to the WAFC to let them all know what the situation is rather than the the fantasy world some up there live in where I was told in a conversation late last year where I was told in that telephone conversation that Chris Yarran was one of the recruits that would help us improve.

Reality is he is unlikely to play footy again. A good fella Chris, wish him all the best in overcoming his demons

That's sad DW. Hopefully he can recover from his illness.

there is an old saying - footy is played on grass, not paper.
Claremont have a ruckman, Swans have none
Claremont have running players, Swans dont.
Claremont have a decent coach, Swans dont.

not sure why you want to keep pumping Swans tyres up.

Because I'm surprised Swans people don't rate the squad

LH I can understand where you are coming from but Swans fans are naturally a little cautious about making any bold predictions about 2017 because to be honest we are all still recovering from the appalling 2016 season. Despite the squad looking good on paper, a lot will depend on how the team gels and how they start in the first few rounds. They have to get rid of the losing culture that was ingrained last year. An early win will help this goal.
