Pretty sure Newman was home grown ....didnt dim his ego from memory when he came home last year....

SD midfield will be the best outside the AFL DW ....definitely give your forwards plenty of footy....though kicking goals was SD problem last year....is Gault any good as a goalkicker....kicked fark all it seems playing for Collingwood AFL and VFL sides....touch wood Ricky finds some form....height wise those twin towers look good on paper that is for sure.[/quote]

Gault is a beast Freez....hope he can play. Our midfield is looking promising Freeze although still lacking a little leg speed in the mix. If the kid from Newman is up to league standard early that will provide a quick solution

Unashamedly I'm one of his biggest fans, love watching his work under the ruckmen but it's bloody well time he learnt to kick the pigskin more precisely. i know he has the old Swan View curse (eg. early Jason Ball style) but it can be overcome. Yeah Juddy is Kara's nickname mate, so named after of course Chris Judd.

Thanks Tigerpoint, hopefully he can make a go of whatever he is doing there. The other question now is whether Chris Yarran is well enough to play this year.

Yarran won the 2km trial first session back in the new year.

Yep contrary to my previous post Newman not training. Dud info from old mate. We've lost a couple in the past week by the sounds of things.
