Sheesh DD I think it was pretty obvious that SD was in disbelief over your Swans poaching Perth players claim considering the following have started at Basso & ended up at Lathlain this year alone-

Brett Wolfenden
Brent Latch
David Johnston
Sam Garstone
Fraser Millar
Guy Piggott
Shaun Crane
Jarred Mason

And that list doesnt include those "approached" in previous years and currently to head down Great Eastern Hwy from Basso to Latho...one could ask whether the Perth hierarchy have a fascination with Swans players I wonder DD?
From your list also I cant ever remember Davis, Mzungu or Stack ever pulling on the Black & White jumper in any grade and I havent missed too many games in the last 36 years mate?
If I were you mate I would be a lot more worried about the Western $uburb$ sides taking Perth boys before Swans considering where the likes of McDougall, Webb, Busher, Robbins, Beattie, Ninyette, McLernon, Kayler-Thomson et al have been lured over the last decade!

Lol laughable you rattling off that list of players BH half of them I wouldn't know who they were if I tripped over them so obviously players that were cut by Swans long ago. And you well know Wolfy and Johnno had left Swans long before finding their way to Lathlain and as already stated Latch was a straight swap for Houghton.

Garstone I'm pretty sure played colts for Perth so a big difference between those players that have found themselves at Lathlain and the two big name stars you have tried to poach and a former colts f&b winner Elari and Rogers both league regulars at the time.

Didn't Rogers and elari leave Perth due to the coach ?

Anyway who cares, we finished 9th and Perth finished 8th, DD you should have bigger issues than worrying about Swans.

Pretty sure Fraser Millar won Swans Colts F&B a few years back whilst Mason & Garstone were WA State 18s & 16s reps respectively whilst Swans boys not too mention Wolfenden (League/Colts) & Johnston (Colts) are Premiership players ..it is not our fault you dont know your own teams squad or their origins DD!

Yes they did but Phil Smart pursued Elari for two years firstly while he was under contract and I do have problems with rival clubs wanting to poach our finest since we are enduring the longest drought in our history and the longest premiership drought in the WAFL. Maybe Phil Smart is dirty because he got knocked back at Perth before he joined your mob because he wanted too much money. Has to be the highest paid FM in the WAFL by a long stretch. Has to justify his salary somehow I guess.

Well you should send Clint Jones back to South, have the same points as all other clubs and develop your own players.
Then you can afford to be righteous.
Since none of those things are in place then chill out and try and make the finals as this is a swans forum and you have had your say repeatedly so move on

As well as Jones, perhaps Tropiano could go back to his origins at East Freo and McKenna to Peel Thunder as well.....

Well firstly we don't have BHP and Rio Tinto backing us so we need some assistance and Tropiano came to us because he couldn't crack a regular league game at EF and Liam McKenna was part of the trade to compensate for the loss of Gerald Ugle to Peel. Special K was the other player in that swap who gave us 4 fifths of fuck all.
