Should be another 4 points, although West Coast have improved over the past few weeks with the draw and a 30 point loss to West Perth so Swans would not want to take anything for granted. I remember last year the Eagles got out to a 4 goal lead at half time before we came back and beat them comfortably. Swans have never lost to the WCE and hopefully that continues on Saturday. It is important for the club to finish the season on a strong note to give them some impetus into preseason training. Too often in the past decade the team have fallen away in the latter part of the year

best not to be complacent they're getting players back - just got to keep tabs on the AFL waxing that happens during games (like Mandurah) and disrupt that all day if you can

Yes as Southerner said their team looks a lot stronger than when we played them last time. We need to bring the same intensity as we did against Subiaco.

If Swans can play like they did last week and replicate the same effort from when they took on West Perth a few weeks ago, there is no reason for not securing the 4 points later this arvo.

What a beautiful day for a game of Wafl Footy. And what a game of Wafl Footy at Steele Blue Oval.
Lots of respect for WCE Wafl.Played a wonderful direct game of footy.Had a large period of domince in the second qtr.But couldn't add scoreboard pressure.
Lots of wrestling and scragging of the footy. It looked like it meant a lot to the Wcer.
Swans and Tom Edwards again.Didnt happen V Subi but did today.Goal after the siren and defeated a brave,Wcer side.
Was quiet a warm July day in perfect conditions. A LOT OF TIED boys out there.
Good run and spread Wafl Footy.Moving the ball quickly ,giving a fwds a lead at the footy.
Thanks to both sides for a really entertaining afternoons footy.

Well done to Tom Edwards, great kick under pressure after the siren.
The better team definitely lost today, Swans were very patchy all day. Given the close games we lost in the early part of the season I will take it though. 4 points and on to the Bulldogs in 2 weeks time.
Greg Clark was the dominant player on the ground today, not sure why he can't crack a game with the worst team in the AFL.

The story i hear about Greg Clark is that he gets played out of position.Yesterday he played in the centre and even Subi supporters say that's his best position. When he plays for the Afl team he has played wing. With all the injuries West coast have had  i think they just try to fill the positions with whoever is fit and a lot of players are not playing in their best position.

Thats interesting Chaddy, he certainly looked a class above anyone else at Bassendean yesterday and he was responsible for the majority of their centre take aways. If he is not being given the opportunity at the Eagles I'm sure there are other clubs who would be interested in him because on yesterdays performance he definitely has what it takes.

Putting aside all the excitement of Tom Edwards goal after the siren, Swans supporters would realise that this last gasp victory was against a side rooted to the bottom of the ladder with only a draw to their credit in 14 games. We were very lucky to come away with the points and once again it is frustrating that the team can come out and beat a top 5 team one week and then the next week produce the rubbish that they did yesterday. Overuse of handball, poor kicking to targets, lack of effort by many players. It is 100% a mindset thing.
One of the few highlights of the game for me was the running goal by Brad Lynch, he is a great pickup and hopefully will be a key player in 2024. Tobe Watson was very prominent and Clark, Turner, Pina and McLaughlan kept us in the game through the midfield. Anthony Stephens also did some good work down back and Tony Notte was his usual reliable self but in general the team did not play with the same intensity they did last week
