mikeh,bh, I always remember IM Chappell saying that umpirring in the shield was extremely bias, so, perhaps nothing has changed in this regard, apparently.

Great all round performance by the Warriors. Every player in the team made a contribution to the victory which is the most pleasing aspect. Agar and Marsh were the standouts but the bowling on the last day was a real team effort. The challenge now is to produce that high level of performance on a consistent basis and WA might achieve something this year.

I often have a go at the WACA, some of the criticism is richly deserved, of course, both on and off the field. In this light, I thought I would take the opportunity to give them some credit on revamping the state logo along traditional lines. It is very good.

BH: I agree with every word you wrote. Its good to see the dodgy batting from NSW, looking at some of the session. Do we have too many all rounders, bease?

Well as expected it is proving far tougher to remove the Australia A batting line up than it was the SACA's who Tassie ran through for 190 odd yesterday as well.
Fair dinkum Henriques must love playing the WACA's we must be the only bowling attack he ever makes decent runs against annually!?

why was it that SE Marsh bowlled again? Was it because it was an English green top?

BH: yep, the whole cricket world knows that saying, but maybe the Marsh family is an exception? I notice he has failed as well, so the rest of the batsmen will be under pressure tomorrow.

Not sure how long Turner has got in the WA top six.....surely time to give Short a crack...great to see Green go big again....for a young fella he knows how to construct an innings, not sure him bowling again is such a good thing, especially if it impedes his batting....the kid looks the goods.....though it was only against an Aust A bowling attack.
