O'Reilly must be very disappointed strono, touted as a pick for some time and misses out..no doubt his dad will guide him through this disappointment and encourage the kid to push hard for another chance next year...the latter two will hopefully work hard as well under Billy and put their hands up in 2019 as well.

So does that mean the likes of Harry Marsh and Papaone are chances to come back to EF?....if so important ins if they do come back.

i think paparone has an injury which would rule him out of playing any footy for a lengthy period of time for him to get an afl payout.....was the same case for kane lucas hence why he didnt play in the end

Well done to Tom Joyce on his drafting to Brisbane....hopefully if the kid has half a good career as Simon Black he will be more than a coup drafting for Brisbane....similar qualities as Black in terms of footy smarts and quick hands.....disappointing for O'Reilly to miss out, good for EF if he stays on and has a good 2019 to put his name up on the drafting boards for a few AFL teams.....

Preseason starts tomorrow, so hopefully the club gives a few updates before they go into Xmas recess.
