Is Leggett for the season?  I thought he was only out for a few weeks.  Must be one hell of a tear.
There’s quite a few of the lads standing tall, and Goddard has been a Godsend… .  Peelmantle had a few pretty good dorks players, so it was a great result.

The move of Blaine Boekhurst from wing to midfield this year has been incredible. With our talls dropping faster than a hookers knickers on a Saturday night, Boekhurst (along with Murdoch - mainly in first half of games) has made us competitive in all games. Obviously Subi and South coming back to the field a bit has helped and I have no doubt we are still borderline top 5, but after years in wilderness it’s enjoyable to go to games knowing we're a chance. But gee, we’re becoming a short team.

Fantastic win. Challenged at times and it was a highly physical game but we stood up and responded. I agree with Murdock and Boekhorst- they’ve been outstanding. The ability for players to continually be brought in and play a role has been exceptional. There were a heap out today

Probably EF best win so far, considering Teakle gone, O'Reilly and Leggett out injured....I see Bonomelli has popped onto EP playing list, some mention from the EP boys a direct swap for Simpson....if on the money at 199cm Simpson will be greatly received in EF forward line.

Eddie Simpson was at the game yesterday. With 50 plus WAFL league games could be a good pick up, noticed though was wearing some sort of knee support brace.

No passengers yesterday and the team finished the game strongly running over the top of a side that had at least 12 full time footballers. Boekhurst had a 10 out of 10 game with 40 disposals, 10 tackles and plenty for the highlights reel. Close on his heels was courageous little Buddha who was once again outstanding. Goddard also deserves high praise as he rucked for most of the game. Luke English, Jared Jansen and Matthew Jupp were also standouts. But all players contributed and played their role in very good win for the club.

Great win looks like you guys are going places, amazing after what you have lost to the AFL. A great shame for Cody Leggett who was probably in career best form since Bill relieved him of kicking out duties and realised he can play further up the ground. Could have told you that years ago Bill you donkey.

Big Goddard has been a savvy piece of recruiting- he’s gradually gotten better and broke even with Meek on stats- but given Meeks recent influence- that was a big win for the Sharks.

Boekhorst and Murdock have been outstanding. Jansen was moved forward and kicked 3. I haven’t heard anything about Simpson / Bonomelli swap but apparently he was at the game. Don’t know a lot about Eddie but, at the very worst, provides depth to a dwindling big man Department.

Buffalo certainly deserves huge credit for turning the sides fortunes around. He’s copped alot of stick on here, me included, but the place was a lost cause when he took over and it’s taken 2 and a bit seasons to get moving in the right direction
