KC, Loersch got injured(again) during the scratch matches, missed until the EP round and has played reserves v EP and Perth for 0 goals...Been injury prone since arriving at Moss St..promised a bit after his 1st season kicking a few, but struggled since....Strnadica I believe has a preference to ruck over playing forward, but with Griff as skipper, he has had to play forward....with EF inside 50 delivery, not at easy task....on paper Strnadica at CHF and Loersch at FF looks promising, but just not been the case.

Reckon the likes of other talls in Teakle, Watson and Bonomelli will leave if not given some games....Only 4 games left so maybe those horses have already bolted...how long will Griff go on for?..

It would be great if big Griff were to continue on - but the probability is that this will be his last season. Same for Mad Dog Kommer. What chance Loersch being at the club next season?

Tough one there Ti Em if Griff does stay on for 2021...consummate club man and captain, still playing good footy, but at 33/34 and probably no reserves comp next year, could leave EF high and dry ruck wise 2021/22 if the likes of 22/23 yr olds in Strnadica, Teakle and Watson seek rucking opportunities else where at clubs needing rucks....pretty sure Strnadica turned down good offers from Subi and Perth to stay loyal at EF, after Freo delisted him.... Strnadica could be Subi's number one ruckman with a premiership to boot.....allowing Dela to cause even more mischief at CHF for Subi.

List balance is always tricky, can't please all I guess....as for Loersch....not sure what is his future, spent more time in rehab then on the park....talented tho.

Not sure what Loersch has done to upset the coach - maybe Bill wants a goal in the 2's before he entertains the idea of bringing him back. Afterall Bonomelli has managed to kick a few so fair enough that he gets a go ahead of Loersch. Good to see Manning back - he at the least adds some physicality to the side - mainly directed at the opposition. Bennett and Winton surely will play. Thought Jackson would of played against Perth so may be included tomorrow. I would give the remaining spot to Walker who looks a likely type and could be headed to the AFL next season. Thanks to Channel 7 will save myself the hassle of a trip to unknowable Joondalup - surely we have next to no chance of winning tomorrow so wont be missing much. The talk of improvement on last season suggested by Bill in his radio interview this week i just do not see.

Seriously Monaghan needs to show some imagination here....Riach, Bennett, Winton and son on the bench...why not give Walker a run....stick him on a wing, he has speed, young and keen as mustard....Sharp played some good footy last year, surely give Walker a go.....Winton to Lourey and Jupp to Keitel hopefully...not sure Mill's role or need in that backline set up v WP especially with Tucker there....besides Lourey and Keitel, which other talls have WP got up front....just no imagination what so ever.....

I agree Freeze. Riach and Mills haven't impressed yet for me. But only 3 or 4 games in but would rather see Walker or McGuire play instead of those 2. Disappointing that Murphy is out, who has done just as much or more than young Monaghan or Riach.

Outside of those- on paper we look stronger than what's been dished up. Be nice if our better players all fired at the same time for a change

Given that we're 5 games in a Loersch has been nowhere near the Seniors- you'd think his papers are stamped.

Loersch got injured pre-season and missed the SF and Peel games, returned in the reserves v EP and Perth...didn't kick any goals..hopefully he can kick a few v WP, and play the last 3 games of the season in the league....in his first season at EF didn't he kick 30 goals from memory playing half a season? Definitely talented but very injury prone....

with Strnadica probably gone for the season, be good to give Loersch and Bonomelli a run at FF/CHF...because if Griff goes next year, Strnadica will probably ruck more then play forward....also Teakle is talented and mobile....be interesting to see if he gets a crack before the season is out....

Murphy has done more than them combined - if he has been dropped very harsh. Riach has been very poor so far. Monaghan has really not done enough to retain his spot for me. What must the ressies F and B from last season do to get a go?
